Terms and conditions

Return and Refund Policy

1. You have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). This means that the buyer but not the beneficiary, have 24 hours to return any unwanted products in their original packaging, untampered, unused and get a full refund minus any service charges. For example:
   1. We reserve the right to not refund any delivery fee paid for goods that are already delivered to the beneficiary.
   2. We also reserve the right to not refund and not accept cancellation of any custom-made products or products that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised.

Changes and amendments

1. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website.
